Eco-design principles can be applied to various aspects of a product. These principles are designed to reduce the product's environmental impact. Here are some examples of processes & materials used to Eco-design our products.

By recycling [plastic bottles or part of recycled textiles] to produce our polyester, we are reducing the use of oil-based resources whilst preserving the fabric's breathability features when doing sport.

To maintain durability, performance and softness of our products when doing sport, we integrate 30% recycled cotton, from manufacturing excess materials or used textiles, to new cotton fibres.

To offer you soft and comfortable products for doing sport, we use organically grown cotton. It is produced without using chemical fertilizer, pesticides and GMO, which reduces soil and ground water pollution.

Lyocell is an artificial fibre, 100% cellulosic and biodegradable, produced from wood pulp dissolved in a non-toxic and recyclable solvent. It is manufactured in an almost closed circuit, which is environmentally friendly.

Dyeing textiles requires lots of water but also leads to lots of water waste generated in dyeing vats. To reduce this environmental impact, we choose solution dyeing, which integrates colour pigments when manufacturing the thread.

Dyeing textiles requires the use of lots of water, whilst also generating water waste from dyeing vats. To reduce this environmental impact, we use just one dyed mass-coloured thread out of two out, subsequently reducing our consumption of water.

Traditional dyeing batches need a lot of energy, water and chemical auxiliaries. This dyeing method at low temperature allows us to significantly reduce our environmental impact by moderately using this input.

This dyeing process does not use water because it is achieved with a machine using pressurized gas to set colour directly into the fabric.
