Shipping is FREE for orders PHP2,000 and above except for bulky orders* which have a bulky shipping fee of PHP500. The Bulky Shipping fee includes both the shipping fee and a handling fee for larger items.

*Bulky Orders are orders with packages above 20kg actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher

For orders delivered via Transportify, the courier will send a tracking link directly to the contact number you have provided.

If you won’t be able to receive your order in person, please leave an authorization letter and ID with whoever else will be around to receive your order.

Should you fail to receive your order after 3 consecutive reschedules, our carrier will return your parcel to our fulfillment center. A representative from our Delivery Team will get in touch with you to inform you that your parcel was returned to us and recommend solutions so that you can still get your order delivered to your home.

In order to make Sports accessible to the many, we at Decathlon Philippines work with several partner couriers like Ninjavan, Transportify, and Air21 to get your orders right to your doorstep! To make sure that you get your order in the safest way possible, the courier and shipping fee/s assigned are subject to the actual and volumetric weight of your parcel (whichever is higher).

Please note that for Provincial Areas that not all our couriers have the ability to collect Cash-on-Delivery payments for some remote locations and for orders above 10KG. We are working to expand our courier options to make this payment method available nationwide.

No. Holidays are excluded from our regular delivery schedule and are subject to change depending on the holiday.

If your order does not exceed 20KG, you can expect your order to arrive according to our Delivery Schedule depending on your area. But if your order is above 20KG, please expect that an additional 3 business days will be added for all voluminous and bulky orders above 20KG.

The assembly of voluminous and/or bulky items such as bikes, treadmills, home gyms, and similar items are not included in Decathlon Philippines’ Delivery Services.

It is possible to experience delays in delivery due to LGU-implemented regulations during community quarantine.

The shipping fee for orders above PHP2,000 is FREE given that your order does not exceed 20KG in weight. Please see below the shipping fees, corresponding couriers, and delivery estimates according to your area:
