Next Day Home Delivery
All orders created after 3:00PM (3:01PM onwards) will be processed the following day and wil be delivered within two (2) business days through MyKuya.
*Please note that with our Next-Day Home Delivery pick-up and delivery schedule, orders made from the 3:01PM Friday to 3PM Sunday will be delivered every Monday..

In order to make Sports accessible to the many, we at Decathlon Philippines work with several partner couriers like LBC Express, Transportify, MyKuya and Air21 to get your orders right to your doorstep! To make sure that you get your order in the safest way possible, the courier and shipping fee/s assigned are subject to the actual and volumetric weight of your parcel (whichever is higher).
Please note that for Provincial Areas that not all our couriers have the ability to collect Cash-on-Delivery payments for some remote locations and for orders above 10KG. We are working to expand our courier options to make this payment method available nationwide.
Track you order
For orders delivered via MyKuya, our partner for Next Day Delivery Service, the courier will send a text message informing you that they are on their way to your location. Orders made beyond the cut-off time will be delivered within two (2) business days.
*Our cut-off hours are subject to change due to curfew hour(s) implemented by the IATF and LGUs with the growing COVID-19 situation.
For orders delivered via Transportify, the courier will send a tracking link directly to the contact number you have provided.

If you won’t be able to receive your order in person, please leave an authorization letter and ID with someone that will be around to receive your order. Please also prepare the corresponding amount in Cash if you opted for Cash-on-Delivery
If you won’t be able to receive your order in person, please leave an authorization letter and ID with whoever else will be around to receive your order.
Should you fail to receive your order after 3 consecutive reschedules, our carrier will return your parcel to our fulfillment center. A representative from our Delivery Team will get in touch with you to inform you that your parcel was returned to us and recommend solutions so that you can still get your order delivered to your home.
FREE SHIPPING AND FREE SHIPPING EXEMPTION
When is the shipping fee free? Shipping is FREE for orders above PHP2,000 up to 10KG only. Free shipping over PHP2,000 no longer applies to orders that exceed 10KG in weight and will have a shipping fee depending on your location. Please note the other exemptions below:

No. Holidays are excluded from our regular delivery schedule and are subject to change depending on the holiday.
If your order does not exceed 20KG, you can expect your order to arrive according to our Delivery Schedule depending on your area. But if your order is above 20KG, please expect that an additional 3 business days will be added for all voluminous and bulky orders above 20KG.
The assembly of voluminous and/or bulky items such as bikes, treadmills, home gyms, and similar items are not included in Decathlon Philippines’ Delivery Services.
It is possible to experience delays in delivery due to LGU-implemented regulations during community quarantine.
