Didn't pick-up the correct size or color? No worries! We are happy to exchange* it for free, within 365 days!
*Our return and exchange policy for products that are consumable or involve hygienic use like sunblock, creams, gels, water bladders, water bottles, utensils, swimsuits, underwear, and the like will not be processed due to health and hygienic purposes.
HOW DO I PROCESS MY EXCHANGE?
Products bought in-store or online may request for return and exchange via pick-up/shipping. The delivery fee for your first request will be shouldered by us, and the succeeding returns must be shouldered by the customer. In the event that you wish to be refunded, kindly proceed to the last section of this page where you will find the “E-Commerce Refund Procedure ONLY”, which includes the refund form that is to be filled out.
STEP 1: Head on over and sign in at www.decathlon.ph
STEP 2: On your profile, click on “My Purchases," and then “Online Purchases.”
STEP 3: Click on the reference code of the order that you wish to return. At the bottom of the page, please fill in all the required information. Please don’t forget to put in the reason behind the return!
Should you prefer for a cash refund, indicate this using our input box and someone from our team will contact you on how to process your refund. The time frame for the refund process is 10 business days.
STEP 4: Click on send! We will update you as soon as we review your Return and Exchange request.
HOW DO I TRACK MY MERCHANDISE RETURNS?
On your profile dashboard, click on “My merchandise returns” or drop us an e-mail at email@example.com
IS THE MERCHANDISE RETURN FREE?
The first request is free, unless we make a mistake upon the exchange! After the first merchandise return, we will be charging the succeeding return requests' shipping fee to you (both pick up and delivery).
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR ONLINE MERCHANDISE RETURNS?
Once we review your Return and Exchange request, we will have our courier, Ninja Van, come by your location to pick up the item(s) (available within Metro Manila only). Once we have the item(s) on hand, we will then process your request and send the item(s) back to you. The whole process will take 10 business days for metro/mega manila areas and 15 business days for provincial areas.
E-COMMERCE REFUND PROCEDURE ONLY
This procedure is for users that have placed orders through the website and wish to be refunded for the amount they already paid. The form below is for E-Commerce customers to fill up with the necessary information, which will allow our team to understand your need for a refund and issue it accordingly. The complete processing of your refund (regardless of the mode of payment transfer selected) will take approximately 10 business days. However, refund processing time does not determine when the full amount will reflect back on the card used as each issuing bank has its own policies for this. Further communication with your specific issuing bank may be necessary for complete information on said policies and timelines.
Please be informed that refunds are subject to observation and will not include the shipping fee paid in the delivery of your parcel. Users who place their orders online but live close enough to any of our Decathlon branches also have the option of visiting the store directly and request for a refund there. This request will require you to bring the items with you to return to the store or have it exchanged at the welcoming desk.
*We highly recommend users who purchased any of our products in a physical Decathlon store (and not online) to return to one of our branches and request for a refund there.
