If your order is still in our fulfillment center, we’ll be able to take in requests to alter your order. However, if it’s already sent to our partnered couriers for delivery, we’re afraid we won’t be able to grant your alteration requests. If you have received (a) damaged or wrong product/s, please send us photos as well to better serve you.
For store purchases, simply come back to any of our stores with the defective product and your receipt to avail of an exchange or a refund.

If your order is already in transit to your address and you would still like to opt for cancellation, simply refuse the order upon receiving it from our courier and they will send it back to us.

If you are not available to receive your order please contact LBC to reschedule your delivery. If you are not able to receive your order after three consecutive reschedules the courier will be prompted to send your order back to us. Unfortunately, we do not assemble products once we have delivered it to your address.
However, we do accept requests for products to be assembled before delivery (within Metro Manila only). Please contact our Customer Happiness Team at contact.philippines@decathlon.com or through our Decathlon Customer Happiness Hotline at (02) 8-424-2970 upon confirmation of your order so that we can take note of your request accordingly.

Yes, of course! We take pride in the quality of our products and our dedication to keep our customers satisfied or satisfied. We guarantee a period of 365 days for Decathlon members and 30 days for non-members to return or exchange your purchased items.
However, our Return and Exchange Policy is null and void for consumable products or products that involve hygienic use such as sunblock, creams, gels, water bladders, water bottles, utensils, swimsuits, underwear and the like. For more information about our return policy, click here.
Most of our products are covered by a warranty for the period stipulated on the web page of the product which in most cases is at least 2 years from the date of purchase. Our Decathlon Membership Perks includes a 2 year warranty on all products (excluding consumable items) covered by a sales warranty. For more information about our product warranty, click here.

- Step 4: Under the section “Merchandise Return”, provide an explanation in the space provided of why you would like to return the product/s selected. Once done, click on the “Request a return” button.
- Step 5: If you would like to leave a request or alert our Customer Happiness Team at contact.philippines@decathlon.com or through our Decathlon Customer Happiness Hotline at (02) 8-424-2970 for any concerns, you may leave a message through the “add a message” section.
- Step 6: For refunds, please accomplish the refund form that can be found here. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
- Once we have reviewed your request for a return, we will have our partnered couriers pick-up the items at your location.
- The first return request is free. We will charge the succeeding return request fees, including pick-up and delivery, to you.

Home Collection (Exchange)
- If you returned your store purchase in any of our Decathlon branches, you will receive a cash refund equivalent to the product/s you returned. Please proceed to our store welcoming desk or ask any Sport Leader for assistance with your request.
- If you returned your online order in any of our Decathlon branches, you will receive a cash refund equivalent to the product/s you returned. Take note that the delivery fee of your online order will be excluded from this cash refund. Please proceed to our store welcoming desk or ask any Sport Leader for assistance with your request!
- If you indicated in the refund form that you purchased your online order via Cash on Delivery or our over the counter payment methods you can receive your cash refund in the following ways:
- Bank Transfer: Get your refund transferred to your bank account
- Door to door delivery: Get your refund delivered to your home address
- Cash Card Transfer: Get your refund in your cash card
- Cash Pick-up: Pick-up your refund in remittance centers
- If you indicated in the refund from that you purchased your online order via Credit Card, you will receive your refund back in your Credit Card.
- To know more about the different methods to receive your refund, please accomplish the refund form that can be found here.
- The refund process will take 10 business days to be fulfilled.

If you’re a Decathlon Member, it’s still possible to return your purchase! You can keep track of all your purchases under your membership account by clicking the “My Store orders” tab when you login to your account. Just drop by any of our stores and look for the returns and exchange counter and our teammates will gladly assist you!
For non-members, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to process your request for a return without the receipt of your purchase.
