Have a change of mind? No worries! We allow a period of 365 days to exchange or refund your purchase!
Guidelines for requesting
an Exchange or Refund:
- The item must be in its original condition: unused, unaltered, and unwashed.
- The item must be returned with its original tags and packaging material, if any.
- In the event that the product purchased has a manufacturing defect, we will take the product back and no questions will be asked.
- All and any shipping fees that may have been charged during the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Decathlon E-commerce does not accept exchange or refund requests for products that are customized in our store’s workshop.
- Products that are purchased at any of our store locations must be refunded at the said store location.
Please note that Decathlon reserves the right to refuse the return request if the product does not respect the returns policy or fails the quality inspection.

Returns can now be made directly through your Decathlon Account!
To make Return Requests through your account:
- Click on “My Account”
- Then go to “My Orders”
- Click the order ID of the order you want to request for return.
- Click on the “Return or Exchange”
- Select how many products you would like to Return or Exchange.
- Select the reason you would like to Return or Exchange the product you selected.
- You can choose to provide other details on the reason for return and upload and image of the product for verification from our team.
- Our team will process your Return or Exchange once you’ve completed and submitted your request.
Please ensure that the items meet our guidelines for you to have a smooth return transaction.
10-25 business days for both metro manila and provincial areas. These timelines include the pick-up and delivery of the new item.
For Return and Refund requests, the process (regardless of the mode of refund selected) will take approximately 10 business days. Please note that the actual estimated time to process your request will depend on your issuing bank. Further communication with your specific issuing bank may be necessary for complete information on said timeline/s.
Please be informed that refunds are subject to inspection and will not include the shipping fee paid in the delivery of your parcel and/or purchase.
You may check “My Returns” in your Decathlon Account to track all your requests and their status.
You may cancel the request on your end if it has not been processed yet. But in the case that the cancel request button is not visible, please email us directly at email@example.com and put “Return Request Cancellation + Your Order ID” as the subject of your email. You may also call us at (02) 8-850-3322 and we will be happy to assist you!
The first return and exchange request is free, both for pick-up of return item and delivery of exchange item. Then we will be charging the succeeding return and exchange requests' shipping fee to you. But unless we made a mistake upon delivery then we will give the shipping fee for free.

Please take note that if you wish to refund your item purchased in the store,then you can only process refund in the store and not online.
Absolutely! This is the fastest way to get your exchange item for your online purchases as it shortens the time to redeliver your items. Please bring the purchase receipt or give the email address that was used to purchase on our website.
