SHIPPING FEES


*With due respect to other E-Commerce Platforms, we see shipping as an additional service and therefore do not bundle the cost of shipping with the price of our products in order to offer ‘FREE’ or cheap shipping fees. We are duly charged by our partner courier, Ninja Van, and we charge to our customers the same amount we are being charged. No profit is made from shipping fees.

IMPORTANT

If for any reason you are not available to receive your order, kindly call our courier Ninja Van to reschedule your delivery date. Should you fail to receive your order after three (3) consecutive reschedules, the courier will return your parcel to the store for you to pick up. If you won't be available to receive your order, please leave an authorization letter and ID with whoever else will be around to receive your package.


ORDERS WITH HEAVY ITEMS

Orders with bulky item(s) will be shipped via a third party courier company (e.g. Transportify). The scheduled delivery time for such orders is within 7 Business Days between 10am to 7pm. Our pick and pack team will contact you once your parcel is ready to be shipped out to confirm the date of delivery.

Items include but not limited to fitness equipment, basketball hoops, table tennis table, select punching bags, and/or items with a cumulative weight of over 30KG.
