STEP TWO

On the shipping page, choose Click and Collect then select your preferred Store or Collection Point.

STEP THREE

Once payment is made and confirmed, your order will be processed. An e-mail will be sent to your account when your order is ready for pick-up!

PICK-UP HOURS

CUT-OFF TIME

The cut-off time for Click and Collect orders is 6:00 PM.

Orders made 6:01 PM onwards will be available for pick up the following day


PICK-UP TIME

If you have chosen to pick-up your order from one of our Stores, you may pick up your order 3 hours after you received the payment confirmation email.

If you have chosen to pick-up your order from our Collection Point, the order may be picked up the following day.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

STORE PICK-UP

All Click & Collect orders must be picked up from the store you selected. Once you place your order, you cannot change your selected Click and Collect store.

Click & Collect orders will not be home delivered and must be picked up in the chosen store by the customer. Should you request delivery for your order, a shipping cost will be asked on top of the total order price. This will include the shipping fee from Grab Express, Transportify, lalamove, etc.

For orders outside Metro Manila, our delivery promise stands for 7-10 business days for Greater Manila, and 10-15 days for provincial areas.

Refunds for all Click & Collect orders will be processed to the account through which payment was made. No cash transactions at the store are allowed in case of returns or cancellations. You may request for refunds through this form.


COLLECTION POINT PICK-UP

Once the Collection Point has been chosen, orders must be picked up from said Collection Point. Collection Point orders will not be home delivered and must be picked up in the Collection Point by the customer. Should you request delivery for your Click and Collect item, a shipping cost will be asked on top of the total order price and the customer will be given a lead time for order delivery (depending on the customer's location).

If the order is not picked up after seven (7) days, the customer will receive a call from our Customer Happiness Team. If contact with the customer is to no avail, the order is automatically cancelled and the customer will be issued a refund form.

REQUIREMENTS UPON PICK-UP

1. Email confirmation that the order is ready for pick up

2. One (1) valid government-issued ID

3. If the user is unable to pick-up the order himself/herself, the representative must obtain an authorization letter + copy of valid ID with signature
