As we are trying to be as eco-friendly as possible, we would appreciate it if you can bring your Decathlon eco-bag or any eco-bag once you pick up your order.

*Orders made after cut-off time will be available for pick-up within the following day.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All Click & Collect orders must be picked up from the store you selected. Once you place your order, you cannot change your selected Click and Collect store.
- Click & Collect orders will not be home delivered and must be picked up in the chosen store by the customer. Should you request delivery for your order, a shipping cost will be asked on top of the total order price. This will include the shipping fee from Grab Express, Transportify, Lalamove, etc. which you will be asked to shoulder.
- Should you request delivery of your Click and Collect order, please be guided accordingly by our regular delivery schedule for Metro Manila, Greater Manila, and Provincial Areas.
- Refunds for all Click & Collect orders will be processed to the account through which payment was made. No cash transactions at the store are allowed in case of returns or cancellations. You may request for refunds through this form.
