Abrasion and friction resistance test: for example, we carry out laboratory tests to check that the fleeces do not pill. Colour fastness test: we check colour fastness to ensure that colours do not bleed when coming into contact with saliva. Ageing test: repeated washing must not alter the fabric's original properties, including its shape, thickness or appearance.

The best protection against the sun is fabric: go for long sleeves, trousers and a hat with a wide brim. Warning: simply wearing a T-shirt does not provide adequate protection: the thickness of the fabric, the density of the knit and even the colour will affect the percentage of UV rays that are filtered. The UPF 40+/50+ label guarantees compliance with European Standards. UPF 40+ means that 97.5% of rays are blocked, 50+ means that 98% of rays are blocked.
