Very inconsistent customer service and kept on providing wrong information about updates and status of request. You must also improve your website - sell only what is truly available to avoid the hassle of refunding. Will never utilise this site again and will not recommend to others.

4 out of my six items ordered are in the wrong sizes. I ordered M but I received XS. Very disappointed. Never buying in your website again. Will just go to your store the next time.

Our experience withe the online store was very bad.After almost a week, we got a call that one item was out of stock, so we substitued for a more expensive item. Delivery came after another week, with 2 defective items out of 4 ordered. The items also had no plastic packaging. We asked for a return, but they acknowledged with a wrong reply after 5 days, via email. We are now asking for a refund, and we are still waiting for the pickup of the items. We are now on week 3 since our order.

I've purchased and paid my order on November 30 and received the package on the 28th of December. 28 days of waiting is very not acceptable. Your should upgrade your management team for this year 2020. And we will never order again on your online store because it only give stress to a customer and not convenience.

Website is slow and inventory is not current. Checked an item in the website for it's availability. Double checked it by calling the branch to confirm availability and i was told it was available. Went to the store in less than 30mins. Was told that they cannot find the item! Was advised to order online instead as there were stocks in the other stores. Ordered and paid for it online, to be delivered at home. Received a confirmation of my order. Low and behold, after 2 days, i got an email saying that the item was out of stock! Called up another branch to double check if it was indeed out of stock. Guess what, they had 2 available stocks. Went there to pick it up myself. Kudos to the customer facing staff, they were genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the inventory and online ordering is rubbish and it is a shame.

Did not receive my order at all. Customer service told me there was an issue with the courier, so they cannot commit with their given delivery dates. Canceled my order instead.
