The website does not allow exchange of items through a phone and it has to be done through a desktop. No one pointed that out and I had to exchange numerous mails for that one purpose. I ultimately tried it on the laptop myself.
No one answers the phone when we call on the number that has been provided by you. That is very frustrating for a customer who cannot walk in to the store and needs to talk to someone at Decathlon desperately.
Most of the products are out of stock and even the products that are available online can be out of stock in reality because someone did not update the system on time.
I have received calls from the store twice saying that the item is out of stock or they do not have the size I ordered, even after receiving a confirmation of my order.
I ordered basketball shoes and after 3 days I got a call from the store saying it was out of stock. I was expecting the shoes to be delivered that day! I ultimately had to buy it from somewhere else.
Overall not a very pleasant experience shopping at Decathlon.

Well I'd like to request that you keep your website up to date with items, meaning its more convenient even if the item is low or limited on supply just let it be posted on the website that its still available and is still able to be ordered and delivered so i don't have to request through your customer service to place an order there.
