Didn't pick-up the correct size or color?
No worries! We are happy to exchange it for free, within 365 days, and the cost of shipping is on us!

How to process my exchange:

1) Write to us at contact.philippines@decathlon.com with your Order number, details of the items you would like to Exchange, and a little explanation telling us why (We use your feedback to improve)

2) A customer happiness officer will then assist you on what to do next!

3) If you want to return through shipping, please email us at contact.philippines@decathlon.com. We will organise to pick-up the products for exchange via our courier with no fees. You can also drop at our store with the product/s you want to be exchanged with the corresponding receipt.

3) As soon as we receive your product, we will ship or exchange the product/s you want.

Note: While returning products, please try to return it in the same condition as it was purchased (including manuals, accessories and packaging), then drop it off at our store or ship it to us.
