How do I get my tracking ID?

To get your tracking ID, simply use the template below: 


For example, if your order number is 19890 then your tracking ID is NVPHDECAT000019890. You may also refer to the email we sent regarding your tracking ID.

How to track your order?

To track your order, simply visit this website (, click "Track My Order" then enter the tracking number that was sent to you via Email and/or SMS.

If you have not received the tracking number, please feel free to send us an email to or call us at 02 850-DECA (3322)



If for any reason that you are not available to receive your order, please call Ninja Van to reschedule the delivery. If you still fail to receive your order after three consecutive reschedules, the courier will return your parcel to the store for you to pick up.

Order with heavy items

Items include but not limit to:

1. Fitness equipment

2. Basket ball hoop

3. Table tennis table

4. Selected punching bag

5. Items with cumulative weight that is more than 30 Kg

How will this item(s) be shipped to me and what is the estimated delivery time?

Orders with bulky item(s) will be shipped via a third party courier company (e.g. Transportify). The scheduled delivery time for such orders is within 1-2 working days between 9am to 6pm. Our pick and pack team will contact you once your parcel is ready to be ship out to confirm the date of delivery.
