For the holiday season, please be advised that there will be no deliveries on December 25 and 30, and January 1. You may still place orders online but please take note of the following dates with no deliveries!

Shipping Fees

Fees vary depending on the period of delivery, location and weight.

*With due respect to some other E-Commerce Platforms, we see shipping as an additional service and hence do not bundle the cost of the same with the price of our products to offer ‘FREE’ or cheap shipping rates. We are charged by our transporter to ship your orders to you and we charge you to the amount we are being charged. We do not make any money on the shipping charges.

How do I get my tracking ID and how to track it?

If for any reason that you are not available to receive your order, please call Ninja Van to reschedule the delivery. If you still fail to receive your order after three consecutive reschedules, the courier will return your parcel to the store for you to pick up.

Order with heavy items

Items include but not limit to:

1. Fitness equipment

2. Basket ball hoop

3. Table tennis table

4. Selected punching bag

5. Items with cumulative weight that is more than 30 Kg

How will this item(s) be shipped to me and what is the estimated delivery time?

Orders with bulky item(s) will be shipped via a third party courier company (e.g. Transportify). The scheduled delivery time for such orders is within 7 Business Days between 10am to 7pm. Our pick and pack team will contact you once your parcel is ready to be shipped out to confirm the date of delivery.
